Ashley, I think Bush is an honorable and wise man. He’s kept us safe for 8 years–something no other modern president has done. He’s nearly destroyed our biggest enemy, and done it with a thankless population and a nasty press. He’s suffered purgatory on earth, yet never sank to the level of those who attacked him. He’s quite a man in my book.

I don’t think that there is a “conservative view” on Bush.

I know conservatives that love him and don’t like him.

I would seriously like to know the conservative view on Bush around here. Is he a good man? A bad man? A man that made a few mistakes? How different were McCain and Bush when it really came down to it?
I had been a strong supporter of the Bush Family since literally 1992. I am now anxious to wait and watch the next four years.
