I checked it out — it’s written only in Italian at the moment! You use the application, not a friend account. A coordinator explained that using the app is a show of support.

the Pope does’nt need a “facebook”, he needs the “Good Book”. Jesus said only call the one which is in heaven your Holy FATHER, yet he seems to adore the title. The Bible also clearly states that Israel is the rightful owner of much of the Western middle east, yet Mr. Pope says the Terrorist governed Palestinians deserve a slice of the pie, even though they spit in the face of the Jews. How about advocating prayer to dead people? What does God have to say about that? For being the “end all expert on issues related to God and the tip of the spear of christianity” He sure has’nt made much time to eliminate Blasphemy and lawlesness within the Catholic Community.

The pope’s timing couldn’t be worse! Instead of addressing the horrific crimes committed against children in Ireland that was just made public, he chooses to make a name for himself on Facebook! Thank you Pope Benedict for making children your number one priority.
